Below is an overview of the general process for applying for long-term study with a sponsored student visa.
1. You contact us with your preferred school and major, and we begin the consultation.
2. We send you the application forms and a list of required documents by email.
3. After completing the forms and gathering the required documents, you email everything back to us.
4. We review your application and documents to ensure everything is correct.
5. Once all documents are fully checked and approved, you submit the application to the school.
6. The school reviews your application and issues an invoice for the tuition fee.
7. After the tuition fee is paid, the school issues your Certificate of Admission (required for your student visa).
8. You apply for your student visa at your local Korean embassy using the Certificate of Admission.
9. Once the visa is issued, you collect it from the embassy.
10. Arrive in Korea and begin your studies!
This will depend on the program and the school you choose, however they are generally required for the both Korean track (TOPIK) and the English track (IELTS, iBT, etc.).
While there is not an entrance exam for international students, depending on your program of choice you may need to submit a portfolio for review (e.g. arts, physical education, etc.).
