Admission Eligibility

  1. A non-Korean national whose parents are BOTH non-Korean nationals
  2. A student who has completed, or is expected to complete primary and secondary education at the time of application.
  3. A non-Korean national who satisfies the language proficiency requirements.

Student Visas

Students enrolled in degree programs at Korean universities may be eligible for a D-2 student visa. Visa eligibility and requirements are determined solely by Korean immigration and the university.

Scholarship Information

  1. Korean Language Course at the CAU Institute of International Education.
  2. TOPIK level 5 or higher.
  3. Language Education Center at other universities, TOPIK level 5 or higher.

Heukseok

The Heukseok area, where Chung-Ang University’s Seoul Campus is located, is a quiet residential neighborhood along the Han River, offering a calm environment well suited to focused student life. The area features local dining options and everyday amenities while remaining close to central districts.

Heukseok Station (Line 9), within walking distance of campus, provides fast access to Gangnam, Yeouido, and other key areas of Seoul.

Anseong

The DaVinci Campus is located in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province, and offers a more spacious and nature-oriented academic setting. The campus focuses on fields such as arts, physical education, animal sciences, and life sciences, with extensive outdoor facilities and open green spaces.

Anseong Campus is accessible via intercity and express buses from Seoul and nearby cities, with local bus connections linking the campus to Anseong Terminal and surrounding areas.

Chung Ang University has two application rounds, both of which take two months to finalize.

Tuition is paid on a per-semester basis.

Unless otherwise stated as “copy,” all documents must be original. If a document cannot be reissued or the original is unavailable, a notarized copy may be accepted.
Please note that if any submitted materials contain false information, admission will be revoked immediately, and readmission will not be permitted.

Yes. Dormitory applications are accepted either on a per-semester basis (16 weeks). Fees start from KRW 1,366,400 for a double room, and KRW 952,000 for a quad room.

Interviews are required only for applicants to the Medicine major. Applicants to other majors may be asked to participate in an interview depending on their qualifications and the department’s evaluation process.
